Planning Your Portrait Session
Every portrait session begins with a conversation. Once booked, we meet – on Video call or in person – to talk through your goals, ideas, and how you’d like to be seen. From there, I begin curating your experience – styling, location, and creative direction – tailored to your story.
For some sessions, we create mood boards or plan multiple looks. Others are simple and focused. The process always depends on what we’re aiming to achieve – and I’ll guide you through it all.
Professional Stylist, Hair and Makeup Artists can be arranged on request, and you’ll receive access to the preparation guide so you are ready for the day.
The Photoshoot Experience
On the day of your session, you don’t need to perform – you just need to show up.
I create a calm, welcoming space where you can ease into the experience and feel completely yourself. Whether we’re in my Kentish Town studio or on location, I guide you through natural, flattering poses, working with light and movement to bring out your best angles.
We treat this as more than a photoshoot – it’s a chance to celebrate yourself and enjoy the day as an experience in its own right. As we move through different looks, I introduce posing techniques and posture awareness – skills you’ll take with you into future photos and moments in front of the camera.
We start simple, build confidence as we go, and allow space for expression to unfold. The result is a set of portraits that feel both elevated and honest – refined, powerful, and uniquely you.
Image Delivery & Licensing
Depending on your session type, your gallery will be ready between same day (for quick headshot sessions) and 1–3 weeks for larger collections.
You’ll receive a private online gallery, or we can review your images together on a call. All selected images come with a digital release for personal and business use – ideal for social media, websites, and LinkedIn.
Printing permission and extended commercial licensing (for resale, campaigns, or third-party use) can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
If you’d like to print your portraits, I offer a curated selection of professional print products, including Fine Art Prints and bespoke presentation options – perfect for gifts, portfolios, or meaningful keepsakes.
